腹腔灌洗治疗重症胰腺炎加速进展期的疗效观察

Warm Saline Peritoneal Lavage Treatment For Severe Acute Pancreatitis Accelerate Progress Period Curative Effect Observation

目的探讨腹腔灌洗技术在治疗重症急性胰腺炎加速进展期的临床疗效。方法回顾48例非手术重症急性胰腺炎患者。29例应用腹腔灌洗技术和19例保守治疗的疗效对比。结果治疗组29例临床治愈。对照组18例临床治愈,1例死亡。结论治疗组与对照组比较,在血性腹水消失时间,中心静脉压恢复时间,腹胀消失时间,腹膜炎体征消失时间及住院时间均有统计学意义。腹腔灌洗技术治疗重症胰腺炎加速进展期的疗效优于普通临床保守治疗,具有操作简单,创伤小,并发症少的优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the abdominal cavity fill in severe acute pancreatitis washing drainage of the curative effect. Method Review of 48 cases of non operation in patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 undergraduate. The results of the 29 cases with peritoneal lavage and 19 cases of conservative treatment. Result Thetreatment group： 29 clinical cure. Control group： 18clinical cure, 1 people were killed. Conclusion Treatment group and the control group compare, lost time in the bloody ascites, recovery time of central venouspressure, abdominal distention disappear time, peritonitis signs disappeared time and hospitalization time were statistically significant. disappeared time and hospitalization time were statistically significant. Curative effect is better than that of ordinary clinical treatment of advanced technique of peritoneal lavage intreatment of severe acue pancreatitis acceleration, has the advantages of simple operation, small trauma, fewer complications, is worthy of clinical application.
