摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一。血脂代谢异常是冠心病的主要发病机制,作为LDL-C、HDL-C的载脂蛋白,apoB和apoA1是目前研究的热点。冠心病患者冠脉病变程度与血清中apoB呈正相关,与apoA1成负相关,高apoB、apoB/apoA1,低apoA1水平是冠心病发生的危险因素,而且apoB/apoA1值对冠心病风险的预测优于其它胆固醇比值,具有广阔的临床应用前景。 Coronary heart disease has been one of the most serious diseases threatening human health. Abnormal lipid metabolism is the main pathogenesis of coronary artery disease. As apolipoprotein of LDL - C and HDL - C, apols, apoAl are the research focus. The degree of coronary artery stenosis is positively related to apoB and negatively correlated to apoAl. High apols , apoBI apoAl and low apoAl levels are the risk factors for coronary heart disease, and apob/ apoAl ratio is better than other cholesterol ratios on predicting coronary risk, it has a wide prospect of clinical application.
