摘要
在概述盾构电液实验平台功能基础上,从数据采集与控制系统两方面,基于Labview软件对其监控系统进行了设计研究。利用PCI数据采集技术和Labview研发了盾构电液控制系统性能测试平台,实现了对盾构主要液压实验系统压力、流量、温度及执行元件转速、扭矩等信号进行实时采集、处理、分析的目的,进而为研究盾构电液控制系统性能提供实验基础。
Monitoring system of the shield electro-hydraulic experimental platform was studied and designed from the two aspects of data collection and control system,based on the function overview of it.performance test platform of the shield electro-hydraulic experiment system was developed using data collection technology of PCI and Labview,which could effectuate the real-time collection,management,and analysis of the main shield hydraulic signal parameters,such as pressure,flow,temperature,torque,speed of actuator,and so on.Hoping provide experimental basis for the study of shield electro-hydraulic control system.
