Design of Automatic Spraying Antifreeze Device for Coal Separating Plant

为解决我国北方地区冬季天气寒冷,选煤厂外运煤炭含有水分较高,在运输过程中容易因洗煤结冰而发生黏底、挂壁和结块等冻车现象。根据实际需要,在研究现有防冻液喷洒系统的基础上,设计了一套防冻液自动喷洒系统能根据气温变化自动调节防冻液喷洒量,车厢之间连接空档部分经过喷洒区时,防冻液会喷到车厢外而浪费防冻液,提高了防冻液的利用率,减少了防冻液的浪费,同时降低了工人的劳动强度。

In order to solve the cold winter weather in northern China,Sinotrans coal preparation plant contains high moisture content,in the transport process occurs easily due to washing ice-stick,wall and agglomeration frozen car phenomenon.According to actual needs,in the study of existing antifreeze sprinkler system is designed based on a set of antifreeze automatic sprinkler system can automatically adjust according to temperature changes antifreeze spray volume,the compartment is connected between the neutral section through the spray zone,antifreeze will be sprayed onto trains and waste antifreeze,antifreeze improved utilization,reducing waste antifreeze,while reducing labor intensity.
