一起轧机水平超差故障的分析与处理

摘要 液压辊缝控制系统是轧机的重要组成部分,它的控制精度直接影响产品的质量。该文结合一起辊缝控制偏差超限故障的处理,分析了液压辊缝控制系统的结构特点,总结了辊缝控制系统精度劣化情况的判别方法,对提高设备预知性维修水平具有很强的指导意义。 Hydraulic gap control system is the most important unit of hot strip mill,whose control precision has seriously affect on the value of the products.During solving one typical problem of hydraulic gap control system that caused the mill exceeded the max.leveling deviation,Base on the analyzing the principle of HGC and some reasonable calculation,this paper has demonstrated how deal with such problem,and point out that the setting reference of servo valve indicates the wearing character of HGC,in term of which some previous maintenance can be made.
