该文以公司产品JY630为例,对挖掘机上安装的主泵缓冲软管接头进行计算,结果表明对于起密封连接作用的管接头,设计时不仅仅要考虑其危险截面的强度,还需考虑其密封性能,指导了该公司产品改进,同时也能对国内其他挖掘机上主泵缓冲软管的选择起借鉴作用。

This paper take JY630 as an example,calculate the buffer pipe connector of main pump installed on excavator.The result show that we not only need consider the strength,but also the sealing performance,which guiding to improve our products,and domestic excavator can use for reference when choicing buffer pipe connector.
