该文分析了某装载机变速器的油压调节系统,包括主调压系统、液力变矩器调压系统和离合器压力控制,利用AMESim液压仿真软件建立各部分模型,由此得出各部分的油压变化,结果表明该系统能够满足各部分的压力要求,并且为变速器压力调节系统的设计和研发奠定了基础。

The pressure control system of a loader transmission was analyzed in this paper,including the main regulator system,the torque converter regulator system and clutch pressure control.AMESim hydraulic simulation software is used to establish each part of the model and get their pressure changes,the result of the study shows that the system is able to meet the pressure requirements of each part,and laid the foundation for the design and development of the transmission pressure regulation system.
