摘要
该文通过分析综采工作面液压支架支护特点以及采场围岩运动的规律,总结了造成工作面初撑力严重不足且分布不均的主要原因,设计了一种支架用新型自动增压装置,该装置能够根据工作面实际监测的支护参数自动进行有效补液和增压,达到提高工作面支护质量的目的。该技术属于微电子、液压技术领域,涉及自动控制系统、增压阀和单向阀的结构设计等。
By analyzing support characteristic of fully mechanized mining working face hydraulic support as well as movement law of stope surrounding rock,this article have summarized main cause that cause working face setting load severe insufficient and uneven distribution,have designed a kind of new automatic support pressurization installation.This installation can supplement liquid and pressurize automatically according to actual support parameters which are monitored by working face,achieve the goal of increasing support quality of working face.This technology belongs to microelectronic,hydraulic technical field involves the structural design of automatic control system,the pressure valve and one-way valve.
