摘要
着重讲述了高压超临界流体气辅系统的设计并从流体力学理论出发,分析与讨论了其注入计量精度的控制方法。具体设计并实现了一套高压超临界流体气辅系统,而且应用于超临界二氧化碳/聚丙烯挤出发泡生产中测试其稳定性和控制精度。阐述了高压超临界流体气辅系统在超临界流体技术中的拓展应用,而且对其发展前景进行了分析与展望。
Focus on the high pressure supercritical fluid gas-assisted system design. Analyzes and discusses its precision of injection and measurement control method according to the fluid mechanics theory. And designed and implemented a set of specific high pressure supercritical fluid gas-assisted system, and used in SC-C02/PP extrusion foaming production to test its stability and control accuracy. Elaborated the high pressure supercritical fluid gas-assisted system which was applied in the development of supercritical fluid technology, and analyzed and predicted its development prospects.
