ZF13000/25/38D液压支架系统故障分析

摘要 ZF13000/25/38D高端放顶煤液压支架在井下使用时立柱油缸上腔发生批量涨缸,液压操作系统失灵,致使液压支架不能正常使用,由于产生故障的原因不明确,无法进行设备的修理,影响了工作面的正常采煤。针对液压系统的现场故障现象,我们对液压系统进行了详细的分析,并在工厂现场实际模拟了液压系统,故障现象与井下实际情况相符,得出了产生故障的原因,为设备的修复提供了理论依据。 Batch of cylinder cavity expansion when using in mine of ZF13000/25/38D caving hydraulic support,hydraulic operating system failure,which cause powered support stop working. Due to the reasons of the failure is not clear,can't to repair the equipment, affect the normal coal mining in the working face.To the failure phenomenon of hydraulic system, we have carried on the detailed analysis of the hydraulic systen^ind out the causes of failure, and simulates the actual hydraulic system failure in the factory, the failure phenomenon is consistent with mine actual situation, It is concluded that the causes of failure, Which provide the theoretical basis for equipment repair.
