复方苦参洗剂的体外抑菌实验研究

In vitro Experimental Study on the Bacteriostasis of Compound Lotion of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis

为探讨复方苦参洗剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果，本研究采用纸片药敏试验检测不同含量的复方苦参洗剂（936mg／ml、468mg／ml、234mg／ml、117mg／ml、58．5mg／m1）、炉甘石洗剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用，并进行对比分析。结果显示，复方苦参洗剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌作用均较强（平均抑菌圈都在lO～14mm之间，均为中敏）。与炉甘石洗剂原液相比，复方苦参洗剂原液对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果更好，P〈O．01；对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果相当，P〉O．05。炉甘石洗剂原液对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果与58．5mg／ml浓度的复方苦参洗剂的作用相当，P〉O．05。结果表明，复方苦参洗剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有一定的抑制作用，而且其对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果优于炉甘石洗剂。

Abstract This study was to investigate the bacteriostatic efficacy in vitro, in wnlcn paper urugty test was used to detect in vitro bacteriostatic efficacies of compound Radix Sophorae Flavescentis lotion （CRL） at different concentrations [936,468,234,117 and 58.5（mg/ml）],and original solution of calamine on Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli ,then the obtained results were compared and analyzed. As re- sults,CRL has more powerful bacteriostatic efficacy on both bacterium（average bacteriostatic zone：10-14 ram,as mid-sensitive） ; the efficacy on E coli of CRL was better than that of calamine solution（ P d0.01）, while on Staphylococcus aureus both solutions were similar（ P 0.05） ;the efficacy on E coli of original so- lution of calamina was equal to that of CRL at 58.5mg/ml（ P 0.05）. Results show that CRL has certain bacteriostatic efficacy on both bacterium,and its efficacy on E coli is superior to solution of calamina.
