贝复济联合SASP保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Retention Enema with Beifuji（rbFGF） and SASP in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

为探讨贝复济（rbFGF）联合柳氮磺吡啶（SASP）保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，回顾采用贝复济联合SASP保留灌肠治疗的56例UC患者（观察组）疗效，并与同期单纯应用SASP保留灌肠的22例UC患者（对照组）疗效进行对比。结果显示，观察组临床表现及肠黏膜病变方面治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，P〈0．01。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结果表明，贝复济联合SASP保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定，无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

In order to explore the clinical effect of retention enema with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor（rbFGF） and SASP（salazosulfapyridine） in the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC）,authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 56 patients who had been subjected to rbFGFq-SASP retention enema （as treatment group）,and compared their curative effect with the effect of control group（ n ：22） only re- ceived SASP enema. As results, the curative rate and total effective rate in clinical and intestinal mucosa manifestation of treatment group were all significantly higher than that of control group（ P d0.01） ,there was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups. Results show that rbFGFq-SASP retention enema for non- specific UC has certain effect and without any adverse reaction,thus is worthy to be popularized clinically.
