摘要
目的通过对复方龙脉宁各有效组分组成进行不同配比,探讨复方龙脉宁对寒凝血瘀大鼠体外血栓形成的影响。方法采用皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水浴法建立寒凝血瘀大鼠模型,用正交试验设计筛选各有效组分的配比组,对大鼠颈总动脉取血,用体外血栓仪测血栓长度、血栓干重。结果优选组合为A3B1C1D3能明显抑制寒凝血瘀大鼠体外血栓形成。结论正交试验设计与药效学实验相结合,可作为有效的研究复方药最佳组合与配比的方法。
Objective to compound Long Maining each effective components of different ratio, to explore the effect of compound Long Maining on the formation of blood stasis rats in vitro thrombosis. Methods establish the blood stasis rat model by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice water bath method, matched group screening points by using the or- thogonal experimental design, the effective group, on rat carotid artery blood, using in vitro thrombosis instrument for measuring the thrombus length, dry weight of thrombus. Results the optimum combination for A3B1C1D3 could signifi- cantly inhibit the blood stasis rat thrombus formation. Conclusion the design and efficacy of orthogonal experiment combi- nation can be used as a method to study the best combination and proportion of compound medicine effective.
