Dynesys植入术后固定节段退变再手术1例报告

摘要 患者，男，54岁，因左下肢疼痛、麻木半年于2008年7月入院；人院查体：腰椎生理弯曲变直，活动受限，左下肢肌力Ⅲ～Ⅳ级，股四头肌萎缩，左下肢感觉减退，膝反射及跟腱反射减弱，病理反射未引出；
