Dynesys植入术后固定节段退变再手术1例报告

摘要 患者,男,54岁,因左下肢疼痛、麻木半年于2008年7月入院;人院查体:腰椎生理弯曲变直,活动受限,左下肢肌力Ⅲ~Ⅳ级,股四头肌萎缩,左下肢感觉减退,膝反射及跟腱反射减弱,病理反射未引出;
