胰腺癌与糖尿病关系的探讨

Analysis of relationship between pancreatic carcinoma and diabetes mellitus

目的探讨胰腺癌与糖尿病的关系。方法对2002年1月—2008年7月解放军总医院收治的178例胰腺癌患者进行回顾性研究,并分析胰腺癌合并糖尿病与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、预后等方面的相关性。结果 178例胰腺癌患者中合并糖尿病者50例,其中糖尿病病程<2年者36例,占72%,合并糖尿病与否在患者的性别、年龄、分期、肿瘤部位以及预后等方面比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病可能是胰腺癌的早期并发症状,对于高危患者应该予以重视,进而早期诊断胰腺癌,以改善预后。

Objective To study the relationship between pancreatic cancer and diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 178 pa- tients with pancreatic carcinoma treated from Jan. 2002 to Jul. 2008 were retrospectively studied. Results Of the 178 patients, 50 were complicated with diabetes mellitus. There were 36 of the 50 patients （ accounting for 72% ） whose course of disease was less than two years. Diabetes mellitus had no relation with gender, age, tumor site, stage and prognosis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Di- abetes mellitus may be the early complication of pancreatic cancer and should be given more attention to. And the early diagnosis may lead to better prognosis.
