股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折

Treatment of subtrochanteric fracture with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation

目的探讨应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）治疗股骨转子下骨折的疗效。方法2009年2月-2011年2月采用PFNA治疗股骨转子下骨折23例。结果随访时间9～19（14．2±2．3）个月。骨折愈合时间5—9（6．2±1．2）个月。无骨不连、髋内翻畸形、内固定物断裂、感染、下肢深静脉栓塞发生。术后按照Sanders髋关节功能评分标准，优14例，良7例，中1例，差1例，优良率为91．3％。结论PFNA治疗股骨转子下骨折操作简单，术后并发症少，疗效可靠，是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical outcome of femoral subtrochanteric fracture treated with proximal femoral nail anti-ro- tation （PFNA）. Methods Twenty-three patients with femoral subtrochanteric fracture were treated with PFNA from February 2009 to February 2011. Results The follow-up time was 9 - 19 （ 14.2 ± 2.3 ） months. The bone healing time was 5 - 9 （6.2 ±1.2） months. No complications, such as nonunion, hip varus, implant rupture, infection and deep vein thrombosis, were found. Ac- cording to Sanders hip function score standards, the hip function of the patients was excellent in 14, good in 7, moderate in 1 and poor in 1 case（s） , with an excellent and good rate of 91.3%. Conclusion PFNA is a safe and effective therapeutic method to femoral subtrochanteric fracture, with less complication and simple need for technique.
