摘要
目的:对茯苓的脂溶性化学成分进行研究,寻找具有重要生物活性及药用前景的天然产物。方法:将茯苓干燥粉末进行水蒸气回流提取,浓缩,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取。将石油醚及乙酸乙酯萃取物经正相和反相硅胶柱、制备型HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质和谱学数据进行结构解析及确定。结果:从茯苓的石油醚及乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基-己基)酯(1)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2)、茯苓酸(3)、猪苓酸C(4)和去氢茯苓酸(5)。结论:经查阅文献可知,化合物1,2为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Yun-Fu Ling, aiming at searching for bioactive natural products. Methods: Poria cocos dry power was refluxed, and then the extraction was concentrated and extracted successively with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate. Various chromatographic methods including normal phase silica gel, reversed phase ODS, and HPLC methods were used to isolate the compounds and the structure was elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts, which were characterized as phthalie acid bis- (2-ethylhexyl) ester ( 1 ), dibutyl phthalate (2), paehymic acid (3), polyporenic acid C (4), dehydropachymic acid(5). Conclusion: The compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from Poria cocos for the first time.
