小儿病毒性肠炎并发中毒性脑病的治疗体会

Experience in treatment of infantile viral enteritis with toxic encephalopathy

目的总结小儿病毒性肠炎并发中毒性脑病的治疗体会。方法回顾性分析本院于2009年1月～2013年1月收治的10名小儿病毒性肠炎并发中毒性脑病的临床资料，总结本病的临床表现、实验室检查和治疗对策。结果10名小儿病毒性肠炎并发中毒性脑病的患儿中有8名痊愈出院，未遗留明显后遗症，有2名好转，无死亡病例。结论病毒性肠炎并重度脱水的患儿容易出现中毒性脑病，特别是家庭经济条件、卫生条件差的腹泻患儿较容易发生。脑脊液检查对本病有着诊断意义，积极地治疗原发病，纠正脱水与电解质紊乱，针对神经系统症状对症治疗为本病治疗的关键。

Objective To summarize the experience in the treatment of infantile viral enteritis with toxic encephalopathy. Methods clinical data of 10 children with virus enteritis concurrent analysis in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were toxic eneephalopathy, summarize the clinical manifestation, laboratory examination and treatment measures of this disease. Results Of 10 children with viral enteritis with toxic encephalopathy in children 8 cured, without obvious sequelae, 2 improved, no death case. Conclusion Viral enteritis with severe dehydration in children prone to toxic encephalopathy, especially in children with diarrhea in the family economic conditions, poor sanitation is easy to occur. Examination of cerehrospinal fluid has significance in the diagnosis of this disease, active treatment of primary disease, correcting dehydration and electrolyte disorder in nervous system symptoms, symptomatic treatment is the key to the treatment of this disease.
