摘要
Tenax--TA采样管中的填料是基于2,6-二苯基对苯醚的多孔聚合物,可吸附空气、液体和固体吹扫产生的挥发性和半挥发性有机物质,EPA与NIOSH已经将这种方式作为标准方法分析VOCs(volatileorganiccompounds)组分。本实验利用Tenax—TA采样管搭建了一套吸附热脱附装置,将其与自有VOCs在线检测质谱仪联用,灵敏度提高2个数量级,达到μg/m3量级,可实现对空气背景中VOCs的高灵敏检测。仪器成功应用于办公室空气质量的检测,检测到空气中苯、甲苯和二甲苯分别为0.25mg/m3、2.46mg/m3和4.84mg/m3。
The filler used in the Tenax-TA tube is a porous polymer resin based on 2.6-diphenylene oxide.It has been specifically designed for the trapping of volatiles and semi-volatiles from air or which have been purged from liquid or solid sample matrices.Both the EPA and NIOSH specify the use of Tenax in their standard methods.A homemade Tenax- TA tubes with adsorption/thermal desorption device were used for sampling and equipped for vocs online detection spectrometer (SPIMS-1000) to achieve a higher sensitivity detection.The sensitivity of the instrument was increased by two orders of magnitude.The instrument was successfully applied in the detection of benzene,methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene in an office.The results showed that the concentration of benzene methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene is 0.25mg/m3,2.46mg/m3 and 4.84mg/m3 respectively, exceeding the national standard.
