摘要
本文研究了蚊子草的化学成分,采用溶剂提取法从蚊子草中提取出有效成分,利用元素分析、红外光谱法、核磁共振法以及质谱法进行分析,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定有效成分结构。首次从该属植物中分离得到熊果酸,证明了蚊子草中含有熊果酸。该法适用于蚊子草药材及其他制剂中熊果酸的质量分析检验,为天然植物中熊果酸的开发提供了简便、准确的测定方法。
We studied the chemical constituents of Filipendula,extracted the active ingredient from Filipendula by the way of solvent extraction.The component was identified and analysised by using elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, and the structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Filipendula contains Ursolic acid,the structure of the anthraquinone has been verified, and Ursolic acid was obtained from Filipendula genus for the first time.This method was successfully applied for the analysis of the ursolic acid from Filipendula related patent medicine.
