摘要
在简单介绍原子荧光光谱的发展、原理、特点及其应用后,本文以北京吉天仪器有限公司生产的双道原子荧光光度计为例,介绍了仪器使用过程中可能出现的问题,如通信错误、载气错误、信号偏低、自动进样器故障、试剂污染、泵管老化、二级水封无水、空心阴极灯老化、灵敏度偏低等问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并结合实际使用的经验提出了排除方法,以供使用仪器时参考。
After a brief introduction of the development,principle,characteristics and applications of atomic fluorescence spectrometry, the paper took dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer made by Beijing Titan instruments Co.,Ltd as an example,we introduced instrument problems occurred of the usage,for example:communication error, carrier gas error, signal low, auto-sampler failure,reagent contamination,pump tube aging,two water lute anhydrous,hollow cathode lamp,low sensitivity etc.We analyzed the causes of the problems,and put forward the troubleshooting methods for reference when using the instrument.
