摘要
【目的】研究秸秆沼气化利用过程中温室气体的排放,判断我国沼气事业的发展潜力。【方法】简述了碳足迹的内涵,构建了农作物秸秆产量和沼气潜力的碳足迹模型,确定了标准煤、秸秆直接燃烧、沼气燃烧的碳足迹参数,在此基础上计算了我国2011年的沼气潜力并对秸秆沼气化的碳足迹进行了分析。【结果】农作物秸秆直接燃烧的碳足迹参数为1.31kg/kg,标准煤燃烧产生的碳足迹参数2.63kg/kg,沼气燃烧减少的碳足迹参数为3.1kg/m3。2011年全国的农作物秸秆产量约为9.7亿t,若将其中36.4%的粮食作物、油料作物秸秆进行沼气发酵,则产生的沼气量为1 135.6亿m3,其沼气燃烧能够减少3.5亿t的CO2排放。【结论】秸秆沼气化利用能够明显减少温室气体的排放,其发展潜力巨大。
[Objective] This research analyzed the emissions of greenhouse gas in the process of straw biogas utilization and discussed the development potential of hiogas industry in China. [Method] This arti- cle expounded the connotation of carbon footprint,constructed the carbon footprint models for crops straw yield and methane potential, and determined the carbon footprint parameters for standard coal, straw burn- ing and biogas burning. Then,the biogas potential of China in 2011 was calculated and the carbon footprint of straw biogas utilization was analyzed. [Result] The carbon footprint parameters of straw direct burning, coal burning were 1.31 and 2.63 kg/kg. The reduced carbon footprint parameter of biogas buring is 3.1 kg/m3. In 2011 ,the total crops straw in China was 970 million ton. If grain crop and oil crop straws,which accounted for 36.4% of total straw,were used for biogas generation, 113.56 billion m3 biogas would be generated and could reduce 350 million ton CO2 emissions. [Conclusion] The straw biogas utilization can significantly reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases. Thus,it has great development potential in China.
