摘要
采用平摊板厚方法,将双壳体潜艇的非耐压壳体的刚度和质量折合到耐压壳体,从而形成一个近似的单壳体潜艇。在此基础上,利用大型有限元软件对单壳体潜艇结构的冲击环境进行数值仿真研究,提取典型武器单发命中单壳体潜艇时潜艇结构不同位置处的冲击响应,对典型位置进行傅离叶谱分析和冲击响应谱分析。通过对比分析得出结论:正下方工况爆炸时潜艇的冲击响应以垂向响应为主;耐压壳和内部结构响应具有明显的规律性;各部位的冲击响应主要以中频段为主,高频的成分丰富,响应差异很大。相关结论为单壳体潜艇的艇体冲击环境评估以及进一步对其生命力水平的评估提供依据。
On the basis of the method of halving plate thickness which turning the double-shell submarine into single-shell submarine by converting the non-pressure hull's stiffness and mass into pressure hull,the numerical simulation investigations of single-shell submarine's shock environment have been carried out by using the large finite element software.The results of shock response of typical weapon single attack the single-shell submarine at different position have been extracted and the typical location have been carried out with Fourier spectral analysis and shock response spectrum analysis.Through the comparative analysis,the paper concluded:vertical response is the main shock response when exploded below the submarine; pressure hull and inner structure's response have strong regularity; in each position's shock response,middle-frequency is the main,and the constituent in high frequency is various and differ greatly.The relevant conclusion will provide the basis for shock environment assessment and further study of survivability assessment of single-shell submarine.
