摘要
介绍了无损检测的 5种常规方法。重点阐明了超声探伤的基本原理 ,利用超声波能在弹性介质中传播 ,在界面上产生反射、折射、透射等特性来检测对象内部缺陷或表面缺陷。用以检测关键部件上存在的安全隐患 ,具体介绍了超声探伤技术的应用情况。
It paper introduces briefly five methods with convention of harmless test.It expounds basic principle of ultrasonic flaw defector ultrasonic wave can spread in elasfic medium,because of it′s reflection refraction and transmission on boundary face,it can test defect with object inside and surface.So it can test safty of parts with this distinguishing it paper introduces in detail applicated situation of ultrasonic flaw defector.
