矿井提升机数字式位置控制装置研究

The research of mine hoist digital range controller

针对矿井提升机速度给定装置存在的问题 ,研制了一套应用可编程控制器实现的矿井提升机数字式位置控制装置 ,分析了由位置按S形曲线原则控制速度的设计思想及计算方法 ,给出了其软、硬件设计 .实际运行表明 :该装置不仅使乘人更舒适、安全 ,而且缩短了提升周期 ,为矿井提升机的安全和高效运行提供了可靠的保障 .

A set of mine hoist digital range controller with PLC is developed, which aimed at shortage of mine hoist′s given speed device. Design ideas and calculation method of S curve are analyzed, and the PLC′s hardware and software of the mine hoist digital range controller are given. Fact shows that the digital range controller not only makes workers ride in comfort and safety, but also shortens the mine hoist′s run cycle .It provides reliable guarantee to safe run of mine hoist.
