摘要
提出了一种并行工程环境下面向装配、制造与成本的设计方法 ,该方法在产品的不同设计阶段 ,综合利用面向装配的设计 (DFA )、面向制造的设计 (DFM )与面向成本的设计(DFC)技术 ,对产品设计进行评价与分析 ,可以有效地提高产品的可装配性和零件的可加工性 ,缩短产品开发周期 ,降低产品成本 .
A product development approach based on Design for Assembly(DFA),Design for Manufacturing(DFM) and Design for Cost(DFC) is proposed. The method uses DFA, DFM and DFC technology to give evaluation and analysis of product design at different design stages of products to improve the assembly ability and manufacturability of the products. The development period of product can be shortened and its overall cost can be decreased by using this method.
