横轴式掘进机截割头齿座安装位置的数学模型及其应用

Mathematical model and application of determining pick seat's position for roadheader transverse cutting header

通过对横轴式截割头截齿位置的分析 ,应用坐标变换 ,建立了确定齿座位置的数学模型 ,从而在理论上解决了横轴式截割头设计中齿座位置、截割头体尺寸的确定问题 ,也为截割头体加工检验和横轴式截割头的计算机辅助设计提供了理论手段 ,经实践证明所建模型是正确的 ,计算方法是可行的 .

Based on analyzing of pick seats position of transverse cutting header, a mathematical model of determining pick seats position was established by using of coordinates transfer. Thereby questions of determining pick seats position and sizes of cutting header body for the design transverse cutting header were resolved theoretically. And the theory means were also proffered for processing and checking cutting header and for computer aid design of transverse cutting header. The practice showed that the model was right and the calculation feasible.
