On the establishment and development of coal mine management information system

论述我国大中型煤矿建立管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ）的意义及可行性，并针对煤矿的特点，定义了煤矿 ＭＩＳ开发的系统目标，进行了系统总体规划和设计，指出了为保证煤矿 ＭＩＳ的开发成功应注意的几个关键性问题。

This article discusses the significance and feasibility of setting up management information system (MIS) in large - and medium-sized coal mines. On the basis of actual conditions in coal mines, this article also gives a definition of a systematic goal of MIS development in coal mines. The article also proposes an overall planning and design for the system and hence points out the major problems that calls for attention for a successful development of coal mine MIS system.
