摘要
通过实验研究了多气流组织洁净室的特性,得到了不同回风形式气流组织和不同换气次数的送风与室内洁净度的关系。针对目前洁净室均匀分布与非均匀分布计算理论,提出了洁净室两区分布模型计算方法。模型假定在某些情况下,回风全部从涡流区排出,而不考虑回风口区。并利用多种气流组织的实验研究对所建模型进行了分析比较,从而获得二区模型计算方法的适用范围,充实了现有洁净室理论。
Through experimental study to multi-airflow cleanroom characteristics, obtained the relationship between differ- ent place of return outlet and the different air change rates and interior cleanliness. Propose the two-zone model calculation of cleanroom for the present uniform distribution and non-uniform distribution calculation theory of cleanroom. The model assumes that, in some cases, all of the return air is discharged from the vortex area, regardless of the return air area. Analyzed and compared the proposed model using experimental study of a variety of airflow, and obtained the calculations scope ofthe two-zone model and enrich the existing cleanroom theory.
