摘要
非再生矿产资源在地壳中的总量是一个定值 ,但经济可采储量却是动态变化的 .论文指出了霍特林法则在分析非再生矿产资源时的局限性 ,由此提出了有限矿田和区域矿产资源的优化配置模型 ,丰富和发展了霍特林法则这一经典理论 .
There is limit amount of depletable mineral resources on the earth,but the economical mined reserves are dynamic variable.The paper points out that Hotelling Rule is limited to analyze depletable mineral resources.Optimizing mineral distribution models are deducted in limit mineral fields and large districts which have enriched and deieloped Hotelling Rule.
