摘要
在国际海事组织(IMO)海洋环境保护委员会(MEPC)提出EEDI规范背景下,继2012年3月第64届MEPC会议之后,2013年5月MEPC65又一次发布了修改的"2013船舶在恶劣海况下维持操纵性的最小推进功率确定临时导则",目的是保证应用EEDI规范的船舶具有维持操纵性的足够推进功率。论文根据导则进行最小推进功率评估方法研究,其中还重点研究了波浪增阻的计算方法。研究表明,恶劣海况下船舶波浪增阻占总阻力的比重较大,其计算对最小推进功率的评估具有重要意义。
On the background of EEDI norm promulgated by International Maritime Organization (IMO) Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC), the document“2013 Interim Guidelines for Determining Minimum Propulsion Power to Maintain the Manoeuvrability of Ship in Adverse Conditions”was put out again by IMO MEPC 65 in May 2013 after MEPC 64 in March 2012. According to the Interim Guidelines, this paper is focused on the evaluation of minimum propulsion power as well as the calculation method related to added resistance for a ship. It is shown that the added resistance has the large proportion in total resistance for a ship in adverse conditions and the calculation of added resistance has practical significance on the evaluation of minimum propulsion power.
