摘要
水火弯板工艺生产过程中,其中一种主要的参数是火路位置线路的确定。通过对水火弯板加工成型理论的研究,建立了外板曲面变形数学模型,并结合水火弯板工艺专家经验基础,提出船体帆型外板火路预报算法,开发了对应的火路预报系统。
One of main parameters in the formation process of hull plate is position of the heating line. Based on the theoretical research of formation process and the basic data provided by experts, a numerical prediction model has been developed and correspondingly an alarm system for the heating process has also been established.
