日粮中添加酵母水解物对肉鸡病死率及生产性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在评定日粮中添加酵母水解物对肉鸡病死率及生产性能的影响。动物试验采用单因子设计,选用1日龄白羽肉鸡,随机分成2个处理(每处理3个重复,每重复150只鸡):对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂日粮为在基础日粮中添加800 mg/kg酵母水解物,试验期42 d;通过动物试验,比较2个处理组的病死率、平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增质量(ADG)和料重比(F/G)以评定在肉鸡日粮中添加酵母水解物对病死率和生产性能的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组在整个试验期(1~42日龄)的病死率降低39%;整个试验期(1~42日龄),试验组的ADFI低于对照组(104.29%比107.82%),但是试验组的ADG比对照组高4%(57.88%比55.64%),F/G低于对照组7%(1.80比1.94)。由此可知,肉鸡日粮中添加酵母水解物能为动物机体补充外源核酸,可满足动物在受到免疫应激、肝损伤、饥饿及快速生长情况下内源合成的核苷酸不足时对核酸的需求,降低动物的病死率,提高饲料的转化率,增加动物的生产成绩,改善动物的生产性能。
