免疫刺激的新选择--海藻多糖

摘要 目前的研究表明来源于大型藻类的硫酸多糖具有抗感染(抗病毒、抗菌、抗肿瘤),抗氧化,抗血栓形成的活性以及免疫调节活性。其中免疫调节活性的机制可能与硫酸多糖能够刺激免疫应答或者控制免疫细胞的活性从而缓和像炎症之类的副作用相关。其中的一条最近被着重强调的途径是海洋硫酸多糖在TLR(Toll-样受体)的激活过程中起到重要的作用。确实,目前越来越多的研究正在表明海藻多糖能够通过结合叫做PRR(模式识别受体)的识别受体影响固有免疫应答,这类识别受体包含有:甘露糖受体,吞噬细胞特别是巨噬细胞的Toll-样受体。
