自拟中风气化汤联合隔盐葱灸治疗中风后排尿功能障碍的疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察自拟中风气化汤联合隔盐葱灸治疗中风后排尿功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将96例中风后排尿功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组与对照组组,各48例。对照组西医对症治疗,治疗组同时给予隔盐葱灸配合自拟中风气化汤治疗,疗程4周。比较两组患者尿失禁、膀胱最大容量的改变。结果:治疗后,治疗组尿失禁等级改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组日均尿失禁次数、日均排尿次数及夜间护理者被叫次数均明显改善,而两组治疗后各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组膀胱最大容量显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:隔盐葱灸配合自拟中风气化汤治疗中风后排尿障碍安全有效,可明显改善膀胱容量,有效控制排尿。 Objective: To explore clinical effect of Self-made Zhongfeng Qihua Decoction and Scallion-salt Partitioned Moxibustion for urination disorders after stroke. Methods: 96 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. Controlled group (n =48) was treated with general western medicine. On this basis, treatment group (n =48 ) was treated with Self-made Zhongfeng Qihua Decoction and Scallion-salt Partitioned Moxibustion. The treatment coupe was 4 weeks. The clinical effect of uroclepsia and maximum cystometric capacity (MCC) in two groups after treatment were observed and compared. Results: The improvement of grading of uroclepsia in treatment group was significantly better than the controlled group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The num- ber of uroclepsia per day, frequency of urination per day, mean times to be asked to awaken for the nursing personnel at night were all remarkably improved, while there were significant differences on these indicators after treatment between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After treatment, the MCC in the treatment group was significantly increased than that in the controlled group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions: It is effective and safe of Self-made Zhongfeng Qihua Decoction and Scallion-sah Partitioned Moxibustion for urination disorders after stroke, it can contribute to improve the cystometric capacity and control urination effectively.
