暖宫温经止痛散治疗原发性痛经的效果观察

Effect Observation of Using Nuangong Wenjing Zhitong Powder to Treat Primary Dysmenorrheal

目的:观察暖宫温经止痛散治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法:对我院接收的原发性痛经患者采取多中心随机分组设计,将研究对象分为两组,实验组采用暖宫温经止痛散中药进行外治药熨疗法,对照组采用布洛芬、萘普生及甲芬那酸等药物治疗,连续观察3个月经周期。结果:实验组60例,治愈24例,显效16例,好转17例,无效3例,总有效率为95.0%;对照组60例,治愈9例,显效16例,好转20例,无效15例,总有效率为75.0%。两组间存在显著差异,实验组明显优于对照组。结论:暖宫温经止痛散治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective： Observing the curative effect of Nuangong Wenjing Zhitong Powder to treat primary dysmenorrhea. Methods： The primary dysmenorrhea patients were received by our hospital and adopted multicenter randomized block design, the objects of study were divided into two groups, the treatment group was given external treatment of medicine ironing therapy with Nuangong Wenjing Zhitong Powder, the controlled group used ibuprofen, naproxen and mefenamic acid, three consecutive menstrual cycle were observed. Results： 24 cases cured, [6 cases had marked effect, improvement in 17 cases, 3 had no effect in the experimental group of 60 cases, the total effective rate was 95.0% ; 9 cases were cured, 16 cases had marked effect, im- provement in 20 cases, 15 cases were ineffective in the controlled group of 60 patients, the total effective rate was 75.0%. Significant differences between the two groups, experimental group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion： It has obvious therapeutic effect of Using Nuangong Wenjing Zhitong Powder to treat primary dysmenorrhea, worthy of further promotion.
