摘要
目的:观察加味温胆汤治疗小儿积滞的疗效。方法:将62例积滞患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。治疗组给予基础治疗合加味温胆汤;对照组给予基础治疗合小儿消积止咳口服液。14天后观察两组患儿积滞总疗效及中医单项症状(食欲、腹胀、呕吐、大便)复常率。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率64.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组各项中医证候单项症状复常率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味温胆汤治疗小儿积滞疗效显著。
Objective: Observing the effect of using Jiawei Wendan Decoction to treat pediatric food stagnant. Methods: Children with 62 cases of food stagnant were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group ( n = 31 ). The treatment group was given basic treatment and Jiawei Wendan Decoction; the controlled group was given basic treatment Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid. Observing two groups of children with stagnant overall curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and single symptoms (loss of appetite, abdominal distension, vomiting, bowel movement) compound rate after 14 days. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, and the controlled group was 64. 5%, the treatment group was superi- or to the controlled group ( P 〈0. 05 ). The individual symptom complex syndromes often rate of the treatment group were better than the controlled group ( P 〈0. 05 ) after treatment. Conclusion : The curative effect of Jiawei Wendan Decoction in the treatment of pediatric food stagnant is remarkable.
