This paper presents the advancement,main theory and methods including the mining balance theory,prediction and optimization technigues,computer simulation and CAD technques, optimal control lntelligence DSS etc.in the study of the development and review of mine mining plan. Considering the prospect in future, the main contents and key techniques of the study on visualization and virtual reality simulation of the development and review of mine mining plan are put forward.
