基于PIC单片机的粉料物料运输车自动卸料系统设计

摘要 首先,设计控制电路并利用光电耦合元件PC827,将PIC16F877A单片机引脚信号与电磁驱动器电路进行隔离,减少外界干扰单片机输出信号,防止电磁执行器的误操作。其次,利用PIC16F877A单片机A/D转换模块,将工作时粉料物料运输车罐体内气压表的模拟电压转换成数字信号,通过LED实时显示当前的气压值。最后,在MPLAB上利用HI-TECH PICC编译器编写控制程序,并通过Proteus在线仿真进行验证。 In order to prevent the wrong action for the actuator ,photo-coupler PC827 is used first to design control circuit to insulate interference between PIC16F877A microcontroller and the electromagnetic drive circuit. A/D conversion module of PIC16F877A microcontroller is also used to convert air pressure into digital signals in the powder material truck of working and display the current air pressure value by the real-time LED. Eventually, control program is compiled by the HI-TECH PICC compiler on MPLAB and Validated by online simulation in Proteus.
