Engineering safety issues in recent years become the focus of attention.In this paper,as clues,through several typical elevator accident cases, analyse the reasons of the accident.And prevention measures is proposed to discuss the project engineers、engineering community and professional ethics.They are closely related to ethical issues in engineering in-depth discussion.
