摘要
在对刀具进行可靠性筛选试验的基础上,对切削过程优化进行理论研究,建立了切削过程优化分析新模型,并利用该模型进行实例计算与试验,验证了理论分析结论,表明:刀具经可靠性筛选试验后,产品成本降低,切削过程的稳定性增强。
Based on the reliability screen experiment in cutting tools, the theoretical study on the optimization of machining process is carried out, and a new optimization model is set up. By using the model, an actual example is calculated and tested, and the conclusion analyzed theoretically is proved. After screen experiment of cutting tools, it is made clear that the product cost reduced and the machining process stability raised.
