在集对分析中同异反联系度概念的基础上，提出了同异反联系度矩阵的概念和同异反联系度矩阵的差异矩阵的概念，并以此给出了决策方案评价与优选的方法。

Baeed on the concept of similar-and-different anti-connection grade in the Set Pair Analysis this paper presents the concepts of similar-and-different anti-connection grade matrix and its difference matrix,and then the mothod for evalnation and optimal selection of decision plan is given.
