应用多晶X射线衍射法,通过无定形强度图分离样品中结晶相和无定形相的衍射强度,测定了新型磷酸铝分子筛VPI-5的结晶度.

Using the powder X-ray diffraction method,the intensities of X-ray diffraction of crystal phase and amorphous were separated by means of the amorphous X-ray diffraction intensity curve, the crystallinity of a new type aluminophosphate mo- lccular sieve VPI-5 has been determined.
