摘要
船舶下水装置是造船厂将船舶由陆地建造区域移送到水域的大型、重载设备。本文针对在某次船舶下水过程中出现的设备事故，详尽分析了事故原因，并且制定技术改造方案对船舶下水装置予以改进；改进后，通过实际下水验证，设备的可靠性显著提高。
The ship launching device is a large,heavy equipment used in shipyard to transter ships fi＇om building region to water area. This paper aims at the equipment accident in ship launching process , analyses the causes of accident in detail, and makes solutions to improve the ship launching device. After the improvement, the equipment reliability increases signally.
