《金属材料及热处理》是一门专业性较强、理论抽象、概念较多的技术基础课，为了提高学生学习的兴趣，本文针对课程的特点，着重阐述了在新课导入、激发学生兴趣、归纳总结等方面进行的多层次、多样化、多途径的教学改革与实践，取得了一定的教学效果。

The course of metal materials and heat treatment is a fundamental specialty course of highly specialized character, abstract theory and too many concepts. To improve students＇ interest, according to the characteristics of the course, the authors carry out teaching reform and exploration with different level, diversification and multi-ways. Such measures as introducing new lesson, stimulating students＇ interest and summarizing achieved certain results.
