广东省各年龄段妇女人乳头瘤病毒感染率及型别分布情况 被引量:6

摘要 目的:检测分析广东省各年龄段妇女人乳头瘤病毒感染率及型别的分布情况,为个体化治疗以及疫苗的开发及注射指导方面提供流行病学资料。方法利用ILLumina公司新一代HPV DNA测序技术对广东省十个城市18~74岁年龄段妇女共78410人进行HPV的检测,并对HPV阳性者进行HPV的型别测定,统计分析各年龄组HPV的感染率及型别分布情况。结果受检者共78410人,其中阳性者5693人,阳性率7.26%,各年龄段感染率依次为8.18%、6.49%、7.44%、7.91%、10.73%、8.16%,各年龄组除总体的3个主要感染型别16、52、58型外,还出现6、66、18和31型。结论各年龄段HPV感染率无明显统计学差异,但有年龄倾向性;不同年龄段的主要感染型别具有一定的差异性。 Objective To detect human papillomavirus infection distribution and types of Guangdong province women of all ages,to provide epidemiological data for individual treatment and the development of vaccines and injection guidance. Methods ILLumina's next-generation HPV DNA sequencing technology was used,city, ten women aged 18-74 were 78 410 people in Guangdong province were test for HPV and HPV-positive for HPV type were determined, HPV infection and type distribution of all ages group were statistical analyzed. Results Subjects were 78,410 people, of which 5693 positive, the positive rate was 7.26%, prevalence of all ages were 8.18%, 6.49%, 7.44%, 7.91%, 10.73%, 8.16%, in each age group In addition to the three general types 16,52,58 type primary infection, but also the emergence of 6,66,18 and 31 type. Conclusion HPV infection of all ages is no signiifcant difference, but there is the age tendentious;different ages of primary infection type has some differences.
