摘要 本文对磨削区温度的测量原理及方法进行了简明扼要的介绍.通过采用半人工热电偶测温方法,对4Cr13不锈钢材料磨削加工时砂轮和冷却液对磨削区温度的影响进行了试验研究,证明合理地选用砂轮和冷却液能明显地降低磨削区温度,从而提高磨削加工表面质量。 This paper the principle and method of measuring grinding temperature are presented.The experimental investigation about effect of grinding wheel and cooling fluid on contaet area temperature in 4Cr13 stainless steel ground process is made with semi-arti- ficial thermo-electric couplers. Through experiments, it is proved that reasonably sc- lccting the grinding wheel and cooling fluid can obviously reduce the grinding temperature, and can improve the gridning surface quality.
