217例脑卒中住院患者营养状况调查及影响因素分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的:调查住院脑卒中后患者的营养现状,探讨营养不良影响因素。方法 :殷行社区卫生服务中心住院的卒中后患者为研究对象,调查患者营养学指标、NIHSS和mRS分值、Barthel指数、吞咽功能及进食途径。结果 :15.2%的患者发生吞咽障碍,低白蛋白血症检出率为22.6%,营养不良检出率为42.4%。年龄、卒中次数、神经功能缺损程度、吞咽功能障碍及进食途径均与营养不良相关(P<0.05)。性别、卒中类型、病程与营养不良无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 :社区卫生服务中心住院的卒中后患者营养不良检出率较高,全科医师应加强二级预防,早期给予康复介入,有吞咽功能障碍的患者应尽早给予鼻饲营养支持。
