高校档案是高校工作的重要组成部分,它是对学校教育、教学、科研、建设等项活动的记录,有不同于其它工作的特点,档案工作落到实处不外乎就是科学的实体分类、现代化的管理手段以及高素质的档案管理人员等几方面的有机结合,只有这样,档案资源才能更好的为高校教育教学科研建设等服好务,高校档案事业才能可持续发展。

Archive management is a major part of university administration ,for archives are records of education ,teaching ,research and construction of the university .Archive management has its own charac-teristics .The key of doing this work well is the combination of a scientific classification ,modern managing measures and well qualified archive managing staff .Only when this combination is well achieved can ar-chive resource serve education ,teaching ,research and construction of the university ,and so can university archive management develop sustainably .
