本文从人才培养、稳定队伍的角度,阐述了国际工程的海外人才队伍建设面临的难题,并提出合理的建议方案和努力方向。
This paper expounded the difficulties in international engineering overseas talent team construction in the respects of personnel training and team stabilization, and put forward the reasonable proposals and direction.
